2022 Rumble Schedule

Friday, January 14

Weigh-ins: 9:00 AM- By Weight Class (+4 lbs. total)

Round 1 11:00 AM- 11:30 AM  (14 Mats) (Round of 128)

Round 2- 11:30 AM- 2:30 PM (14 Mats) - Championship Round of 64 and Cons. Round 1

Round 3- 2:30 PM- 5:00 PM (14 Mats) - Championship Round of 32 and Cons. Round 2 & 3

Note: Round 1 will start at 11:00 AM, Rounds 2 & 3 are approximate times.

Round 4- 5:30 PM- 9:00 PM (12 Mats)- Championship Round of 16 and Cons Round 4 & 5

Note: Round 4 will start at 5:30, we will break after Round 3 and start Round 4 on time.

Saturday, January 15

Weigh-ins: 8:00 AM (+4 lbs. total)

Round 5- 9:30- 12:00 AM (8 Mats) Championship Round of 8 and Consolation Round 6 & 7 

Round 6- 12:00-2:00 PM (4 Mats) Championship Semifinals and Consolation Round 8&9

Placement Rounds (1st, 3rd, 5th 7th place matches)- 3:00-5:00 PM (4 Mats)

Note: Round 5 will start at 9:30 and Placement Rounds will start at 3:00 PM. Round 6 is an approximate time.

Saturday, January 15

All wrestlers beat out of the Boys Varsity on Friday  will be placed into groups of three or four and wrestle round robin brackets for additional mat time on Saturday. If you do not want to wrestle in the 2nd chance tournament, please tell the head table on Friday during Round 4, so that we do not place you in a bracket. No awards just wrestling.

Wrestling Times for 2nd Chance Tournament:

Wrestling for 2nd Chance will start at 9:30 and conclude at 2:00 even if the round robin is not complete. We will add mats as they  become available.

Weigh-ins after Varsity by weight class.

Round 1 (Championship of 64) – 12:00 PM- 2:00 PM (4 Mats)

Round 2 (Championship of 32 and Consolation 1 & 2) 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM (6 Mats)

Round 3 (Championship of 16 and Consolation 3 & 4) 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM (6 Mats)

Round 4 (Championship of 8 and Consolation 5 & 6) 8:00 PM- 9:00 PM (6 Mats)

(If the Varsity Event needs more mats Round 4 may not be wrestled on Friday night).
